Main responsibility is to impart Technical Training regarding existing and new technology and developments in Maruti Suzuki vehicles to service network manpower at Regional Training Center. Have taken up multiple batches of various levels of training. First person in Karnataka to conduct training in Service Training on Wheels (STW) vehicle project. First person in Karnataka to conduct training on Service on Wheels (SOW) vehicle. YES Skill Development Center is a social responsibility initiative carried out by SKF India wherein underprivileged children from various parts of Karnataka as well as other states are trained for 6 months to become automotive service technicians for 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler segment. My responsibility as a Trainer is to handle a batch of up to 30 students for 6 months in which first 3 months we train them on 2 wheeler and the next three months on 4 wheeler. Training includes a balance of theoretical as well as practical sessions wherein we focus on each and every student and ensure that they are fit for employ-ability after the completion of the course.
