Every College requires an Account Manager handles a certain number of colleges and executes processes based on a checklist while striving to build a better relationship. The incumbent would ensure:Execution of set processes with Associate Colleges- measurement and delivery happensEvery difficult situation is managed well and client expectations are managed wellDevelopment of a deep relationship with collegesNeeds of allied functions are fulfilled to satisfaction within the desired timeline

• Managing the recruiting/hiring process which includes (Application review, Offer Management, Background Investigation, Central Resource Information System, Orientation, Transfers)• Managing Recruiting services & on-boarding process for experienced hires with respect to US Clients.• Review the background verification report of the candidates and reporting to the concerned department before the candidate joins.• Build and strengthen key relationships with US-based Recruiting contacts as appropriate.• Part of the travel helpdesk team.

Strengthened investigative skills by performing exhaustive internet searches for candidates with hard-to-find skill sets. · Meet Clients requirements through first contact resolution; confirm candidates understanding and their skills for the position.· Responsible for the proactive recruitment for IT professionals and Administration, Worked with these consultants on W-2. · Assisted in recruiting efforts by screening and locating potential candidates for open requisitions.· Use of industry referrals, web based sourcing and internal recommendations. · Conduct all phases of the hiring process including initial screening, internal interviews and negotiation of wages and benefits. · Review and screen resumes received in a quick and decisive manner· Duties include importing and parsing resume in to database, reviewing job descriptions and matching with prospective candidates, corresponding with potential candidates via phone and e-mail.· Utilizing Monster, Dice, Computer Jobs and Career Builder for performing complex internet searches for sourcing individuals.· Source candidates for hiring manager specific requirements as well as for pipelining efforts, by utilizing various resources.· Developed and maintained database of IT professionals, utilizing various Internet research methods, job boards, networking groups, referrals and our database.
