? Servicing Group Mediclaim Policies? Ensuring on going engagement with the Brokers to drive company objectives for Devising and Designing the corporate Servicing plan, execution and implementation.? Close analysis, tracking and maintaining TAT for all claims.? To provide monthly MIS reports with various analysis and description of settled/unsettled claims? To organize & arrange health camps/workshops for corporate with coordination to Hospitals? Identify process deficiencies and hindrances, do root cause analysis and provide work solutions.? Handling team of 3-4 members for client servicing.? Define KRAs, KPIs, targets, performance measures for Team and monitor productivity on a scheduled basis. ? Identifying problems area for clients and proposed solution for the problem? Establishment of business relationship with potential corporate clients.
