• A competent professional with over 13 years of experience in Installation, Commissioning, and Instrumentation and Electrical Engineering.• Skilled in modern project management and co-ordination with internal departments and equipment/system suppliers and execute the work as per standard and quality.• Ensure Proper maintenance of the plant, machinery, in the plant of Field Instrumentation equipment, understanding of logics, Instrument drawings, Instrument signal drawings• Knowledge of Diagrams & symbols- Control System Architecture, Instrument Tubing Layout, Instrument Cable Layout, Shutdown Logic Diagram.• Responsible for reporting on the work progress, problem analysis & trouble shooting.• Knowledge about hardware designing, site commissioning, Installation as per approved detailed designing drawing. Knowledge about GA layout drawings, cable tray, cable laying location and Installation plan.• Ensure prompt Coordination with the other Engineering disciplines and weekly meeting with the client. Vendor interactions at site visiting and knowledge about SAT and FAT.• Assist to lead in Work planning, progress monitoring and adherence to scheduled completion of engineering documents. Knowledge about loop testing (Cold loop test, Hot loop test).• Experienced in Engineering and implementation of PLC/DCS (Yokogawa Dcs , Honeywell Dcs ),FOUNDATION FIELD BUS, Control System and analysis of P&ID (Instrumentation field), hook-up diagrams, instrument index sheets, instrument specification sheets, loop instrument installation details, operation, & maintenance manuals.• Skilled in modern project management functions involving resource planning, design & development and co-ordination with internal departments and equipment/system supplier.• Responsible for reporting on the work progress, problem analysis & trouble shooting, predictive maintenance and problem anticipation• Installation and Commissioning of field Instrumentation.
