 Responsible for range selection, planning, buy and OTB for the new season merchandise  Booking orders & working out T&A plans with Vendors and team Achieving the category margins keeping a track on the quality & timely deliveries Product sourcing and product costing negotiation with vendors New Product developments and new vendor developments Visiting vendor factories to review and check status, quality of samples and bulk production to ensure the availability of stock in time. Getting T&A from vendors and reviewing it against my T&A to check feasibility of it and ensuring the T&A is being followed and ensuring all submissions are on time. Coordination with Design Team as well as technical team for fit and Pre production samples approvals Regular Market Visits to understand the trend movements as well as store visits, and interaction with customers to take the feedbacks on the products Maintaining MIS by preparing & analyzing weekly & monthly reports like- inward report, sale through report product wise and category wise, analyze best seller and slow seller etc.. Range presentation to E-commerce companies to book E-com orders Day to day interaction with warehouse team & Store team to know the status of stock dispatch & stock requirement. Season performance Presentations to management
