Led a initiative to develop and deploy a Sales Tracker application, enhancing the efficiency of Pan Uganda's sales operations for TVS bikes. This project included delivering sales and product training to our sales team and establishing a reporting system to connect branch offices with the head office. As the Sales Head, I designed a Radio Talk Show, orchestrated the launch of the HLX Plus bike, and conducted media briefings.

My primary responsibility involves identifying key business elements for the company. We specialize in importing cigarettes to NZ and Australia from various sources. In this capacity, my role includes negotiating prices with ITC, coordinating consignments, and managing import/export processes.Additionally, at Sentinel Technology in Auckland, NZ, where the company is engaged in the BPO sector, my role as a Senior Administrator involved negotiating with carriers, overseeing networking and hardware, and engaging in discussions with customers for agreements.

 As the Director of the company, I envisioned contributing to Digital India and proposed the Wi-Fi Nagpur initiative to the Nagpur Municipality and the State Government of Maharashtra. This marked the inception of the first Smart City concept, wherein the primary focus areas included CCTV implementation, E-municipality, and E-Octroi. During the module design phase, emphasis was placed on utilizing existing infrastructure, such as signal posts.To ensure cost-effectiveness and high bandwidth, we secured a partnership with Verizon USA. This strategic move enabled the company to deliver these services at a lower cost with maximum speed. As a startup, I personally crafted the project report, handled financial planning, agreements, and established ties with Mr. Vincent MacCrossen, President of International Communications Enterprises New York, for the development of 4G mesh technology in India

Project # 1 : Corporate Website. CANREIG was in expansion mode and being a Technical analyst along with ODC Head, my job started with understanding the Real Estate business, to do the same I discussed with every department Head,s Realtors, trainers, lawyers, mortgage officers and after analyzing the entire report, design the flow of website to assure that clients of CANREIG should get what they want on website, navigation, then the wireframes where designed and after approvals from HO, getting them to smaller modules and assign them to Team Leads, to go further work along with Team Leads and assign their roles with weekly targets. Further, daily uploads, weekly updates, and over lapping with Canadian office while launch was perfectly planned and executed. The Corporate website Database was designed by me, on front end side, log in area , where in 7 types of different uses can log in and land in their respective areas, like clients, employee’s, lawyers, members, admin, Affiliate Members etc. Using .Net technology we first time introduced Mortgage calculations online for clients to calculate mortgages before they decide which property to buy. The website had a very strong Back End Console, which enabled Admin to change text, change images, create new users, and restrict the accessibility of existing users and new users.
