With its flagship location at the H Hotel, in the heart of downtown Dubai, and a second location in Bur Dubai, we pride ourselves on offering bespoke, stylish and personalized garments since 2015.As Founder and Director of Sartor, my major responsibilities include:• Personally consulting with customers on the latest trends and tips in suit designs • Ensuring the highest quality and range of Italian fabrics are available for client selection • Curating a team of highly skilled tailoring professionals to offer customized services • ‘Trend-spotting’ the latest menswear offerings and ensuring our clients are amongst the first to experience the fashion forward trends• Ensuring that clients are at the forefront of cultivating their personal style• Offering a customer-centric experience and journey (from fitting to collection of the garments) that is enjoyable, memorable and seamless• Guaranteeing delivery of garments on time and ensuring customized fit • Mentoring my team to further improve our services and always stay at the forefront of trends• Spearheading the team to formulate marketing and expansion strategies to grow the brand internationally
