Ltd. Overall responsible for hiring and involving the staff members in the laboratory.Secondary Responsibility was to oversee the laboratory starting with supervision, all the way down to the bench level. In addition to oversight, was also responsible to assemble and complete all items necessary for regulatory licensing of the laboratory.In addition to the above responsibilities, also streamlining of activities like validation of all molecular assays, proficiency testing, issue action needed forms for required corrective actions, track performance measure, be the primary interface for client audits of the laboratory, and develop process improvement projects and support their implementation.
