I am currently working as Professor - Finance Area with Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida. I hold Ph.D, MBA, M.Com. besides Fellow of Insurance Institute of India (FIII).I have more than twenty five years of work experience including a brief stint in financial service industry. I have been engaged in teaching, training, research, consultancy and academic administration. I have been engaged in end to end processes of academic delivery. I have mainly taught subjects like Business Valuation, Management Accounting, Corporate Finance, Enterprise Risk Management, and Business Simulation. I have published and presented various papers in the area of finance.I have delivered several training programmes on finance for non-finance, personal finance, costing, financial analysis, valuation and risk management. List of companies include NTPC, JSPL, JPL, ONGC, IFFCO Tokyo, NEHDCC and several other public and private organizations.My areas of interest include corporate finance, valuation, business simulation, investment management, and risk management.
