An ex Submarine Commander, took premature retirement from the Indian Navy in July 2004 and established Beyond Horizons, a Consultancy for Leadership Development and Organisational Excellence. During the last twenty years I have conducted a number of Transformational Leadership interventions, and Coaching assignments for Senior management teams of many Fortune 500 companies.
