With a BCom degree in Accounting and Finance from Bangalore University, I have developed a strong foundation and passion for financial management and reporting. I have been working as a Finance Team Lead at Diqu Tech, a leading import and export company, for over eight years, managing the accounting and tax functions for the organization.In my role, I have successfully implemented several process improvements and automation initiatives that have increased the efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations, such as streamlining the invoicing and payment systems, integrating the accounting software with the ERP system, and adopting cloud-based tax solutions. I also supervise and mentor a team of five finance professionals, providing them with guidance, feedback, and training on accounting and tax best practices. I am passionate about delivering high-quality financial services and solutions that support the growth and sustainability of our business.
