Current• Manage a team of recruiters, ensuring deliverable's on client job requirements.• Lead daily meeting's, directing coverage for open requirements.• Mentor and train new and existing team members.• Responsible for Full Life-cycle Recruitment from sourcing resumes to identifying and qualifying candidates, rate and salary negotiations, interview prep and on-boarding and relocation's. • Contract, contract to hire and permanent placement recruitment across all industries nationwide.• Client interfacing, gathering requirements, lead generation, networking, candidate pipe-lining. • I conduct searches using various search engines (Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, etc), Boolean searches, internal database, LinkedIn, career fairs, professional networking events and client/consultant referrals. • Experienced with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as: Insite, FieldGlass, WAND, and Beeline.• Types of positions I recruit for include: CISO/CSOs, Program and Project Managers, Solution Architects .Net/SharePoint/Java Developers, Software Engineers, Network Engineers, System Engineers, IT Compliance Analysts, Technical Writers, Database DBAs/Developers, Business and Financial Analysts, Hyperion Consultants, Desktop/Helpdesk, among many others.
