• Working with senior KPMG leaders to understand, enhance and integrate service offerings across the service line.• Overseeing the complete design and configuration process of ServiceNow solutions, catering to diverse clients from various industries.• Transform business needs from the customer to tangible items within ServiceNow, from using modules available to the platform or creating new modules and direct and help complete detailed documentation for workflows and services implemented within ServiceNow.

• Formulate and define specifications and modifications for the ServiceNow platform in terms of business needs and applying that to Enterprise organizational objectives and provide technical leadership for planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform.• Evaluate ServiceNow platform performance, isolate and debug software problems and make recommendations for problem resolution.• Provide subject matter knowledge to the ServiceNow application and ability to implement modules and other third-party integrations and applications used within the environment to ServiceNow for SecDevOps.

-ServiceNow architect: design, solutioning, integrations, automations, platform health, etc.-Azure DevOps (CI/CD).-Azure: Automation Accounts / Azure Functions / Web Apps / Azure Stack, etc.-Creating/Maintaining ARM Templates.-IoT (Azure Digital Twins, hardware implementation, etc.).-Dynamics 365 implementation.-Creating TDD (technical design documents) for projects.-Technical Assessments of vendors to evaluate security/risk.-Helping lead/train/mentor colleagues in various technical areas.

-ServiceNow (including Service Portal) architecture, development, and maintenance (platform upgrades, etc.).-Azure - ARM Templates, Azure Automation, Azure SQL, API Mgmt, ASR, etc.-REST calls (w- OData standards), SOAP, Microsoft Graph API, etc.-Power BI dashboard/reports.-PowerShell / JavaScript (+AngularJS) scripting.-Office365 / Active Directory administration + automations.-Release Management - TFVC (VSTS) & GIT. Creating builds/releases in VSTS.-Designing & implementing new/improved processes.-Creating LogicMonitor scripts to automate adding dashboards/groups/netscans/netflow for various sites.-Dynamics 365, deploying development VMs, sandboxes, and production environments. Pushing packages to our sandboxes.-Automating business processes: •Skype Voice (new users, locations, meeting rooms, etc.). •Setup Egnyte (File Sharing) folders, permissions, etc. from ServiceNow. •Various Active Directory / DNS / DFS tools to help expedite processes. •Other paper processes, now moved into ServiceNow workflows. •Dynamics 365: Invoke an Azure SQL backup, export it to Azure blob storage. •Azure: automatic deployment of VMs (with post-install steps), automatic decommissioning of VMs (remove from Azure, AD, DFS, etc.). •Getting data from various sources with PowerShell, & pushing the data into SQL (AzureSql or SqlServer).

- Helping several hundred PCL employees with technical issues (iOS, Android, Computers, etc.).- Member of the ‘Innovation and Technology in Construction’ committee (Toronto office).- Help interview + mentor + evaluate I.T. students.- Track and log calls in a ticketing system- Support Windows 10/8/7, Office 365, Skype for Business, Egnyte, Bluebeam, Autodesk, Creative Cloud, Primavera, etc.- Set up job-site trailers with Internet/Server (Windows Server 2012 R2)/Firewall/Switch/Printer/Phone Systems/etc..- Deal with video conf. systems (Polycom/Life Size).- Procure + set up time lapse systems for construction sites.- Maintain and support MobileIron for iOS + Android.- Develop C# programs to help speed up repetitive tasks or generating documents.- Set up + Configure electronic plan room tables (computer desktop that have indexed + updated site drawings).
