About Gisela Conte Soriano

After having worked for airlines and travel agencies for more than 30 years in my native country, I moved to Spain in search of new opportunities and a better quality of life. Three months after I arrived, I joined the staff of American Express GBT, a company that gave me the opportunity, opened its doors to me and for which I continue to work.I'll start by saying that I find it very uncomfortable to sell myself by saying everything that everyone expects to read. It's not comfortable for me. It's very cliche. As for my ability to work, my teammates and coaches are th-e ones who can best speak about me. I am minimalist when it comes to creating my reservations because I emphasize that they comply with the perfect reservation. I'm not perfect but I love what I do. And I feel happy when a client thanks me and values ​​the attention received, whether helping them on their business trip or managing their requirements.I am also very happy to share that I have been honoured to receive the American Express GBT´s 2022 Pacesetters Awards, which is the company's longest-serving global employee program that recognizes top-tier corporate travel professionals for delivering an excellent travel experience and customer service.
