My job as Business Manager is to make sure that Arrow Education Services is a part of the general distribution business, provide trainings for partners and end-users. This is an important value-add offer for our partners and vendors.We support our product teams, partners and end-customers with the trainings they need. Prepare the channel for their mandatory certifications and partner enablement.There is a challenge to constantly renew and increase IT-knowledge and therefore Arrow Education is important for most companies who constantly need to renew and develop. We can guide our customers through this and secure their needs. Training and certification will give them the tools to efficiently use their IT environments but also make sure they can make new investments in the future. The most rewarding with my work is being able to deliver the knowledge and to ensure that people get what they need to develop in their own businesses.

As complement to IT-distribution, Arrow ECS also provides trainings. The Education team work close with the distribution to ensure partner enablement, which is a main focus for Arrow. We support our channel partners to improve their competencies, make sure they get the trainings needed to secure their skills and certifications. Also help our customers to constantly renew and increase knowledge for efficient use of their IT investments. The most rewarding with my work is being able to deliver great service and ensure that people get what they need to develop.
