CurrentMarket Research and Analysis- Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to analyze the potential impact of various compensation alternatives.- Conduct job evaluations using market data and internal evaluations to develop compensation proposals.Strategy and Design- Participate in the development of a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with organizational goals and values.- Lead the design and implementation of competitive and equitable compensation… Show more Market Research and Analysis- Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to analyze the potential impact of various compensation alternatives.- Conduct job evaluations using market data and internal evaluations to develop compensation proposals.Strategy and Design- Participate in the development of a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with organizational goals and values.- Lead the design and implementation of competitive and equitable compensation structures, including merit pay, salary ranges, incentive/bonus compensation plans, and recognition programs.Collaboration and Consultation- Consult with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and business leaders on compensation-related matters.- Partner with business leaders to develop variable incentive compensation programs.- Collaborate with HR Operations/Payroll to ensure the delivery of reward elements and compliance with policies and procedures.Communication and Stakeholder Engagement- Develop presentations and white papers to support the approval process of the rewards program.- Create communication strategies in partnership with internal stakeholders to effectively communicate changes to total rewards programs.- Meet with employees to explain compensation strategy and practices.Compliance and Governance- Ensure reward elements comply with collective agreements, guidelines, internal policies/procedures, and internal controls.- Assist in the creation, application, and maintenance of salary structures and hiring ranges.Mentorship and Development- Coach and mentor analysts and junior team members on relevant processes and best practices.
