- Leader of the Vehicle Renewal Program working and negotiating with SAT and SCT. I designed and implemented several communication strategies, such as: reports, press conferences, social media and managing of institutional design. I managed the database to generate information for the board of directors, presidency and authorities to facilitate decision making.- Leader of the Professionalization of Federal Motor Transport Project, for which I carried out the management of procedures for the allocation of public grants and coordinated the activities of the project design work group. I directed the program execution - supplier contracting, scheduling, payments, logistics, registry of beneficiaries, etc.- and financial accountability.

I wrote all the official communications signed by the President.

- Coordinating activities of the team members at the General Director Office.- Collection and analysis of information of the 8 divisions to generate reports addressed to the General Director, Undersecretary of Transportation, Secretary of Communications and Transportation and Social Communication Office.- Controlling and tracking of all the Public Information Access requests.- Classification and allocation of allrequests and requisition received by the filing office.

- Organizational Development: I built the departament from the ground up for which I developed structures and procedures, and allocated budget.- Budgeting: Based on results, the budget was increased in the third year from 2.5 million MXN, to 6 million MXN.- Planning: Designing and operating the Anual Training Program for 30,000 collaborators.- Talent Development: I increased the pool of local facilitators by 200% by identifying the talent ofthe operative personnel.

Asimismo, Vinculé trabajos de interés entre el Instituto y Centros de Investigación en Materia Acuícula.En el Instituto Sonorense la Mujer, realicé actividades de organización y operación de diversos eventos de capacitación y difusión relacionados con género y empoderamiento de la mujer sonorense.
