Hello! I am an experienced real estate investor with a focus on commercial properties in Florida. Early 2023, flipped a house on the Weeki Wachee River for Airbnb's hosting. Now superhost and seeking similar investment opportunities. End of 2023, purchased a large vacant land in Georgetown, 2nd biggest lake in Florida, to develop an RV Park. Our vision is to provide visitors with a unique experience rooted in the natural heritage of the region by embracing eco-tourism principles. Our goal is for our guests to connect with nature, explore the beauty of the surroundings, and contribute to the conservation of Florida's unique ecosystems.
