• Support all 38 faculty members with affairs matters within the department including appointments, promotion, tenure, and yearly committee reports.• Assist the faculty search committee by managing searches in the Interfolio system, communicating with applicants, arranging all candidate visits which include: scheduling meetings, booking hotels, arranging travel, disseminating seminar and chalk talk information to potential attendees, and ensuring proper reimbursement paperwork is submitted.• Operate as curriculum administrator for department classes which include: Work in Progress and Protein Modification course. Responsible for setting schedules, reserving rooms, uploading documents, sending reminders, maintaining attendance, ordering food, and other duties as assigned by Professors.• Plan with faculty to coordinate up to 10 seminars of scientific presenters for faculty and students/postdocs in the academic year which include: scheduling meetings, booking hotels, arranging travel, creating and advertising seminar flyers, troubleshooting audio and visual for speaker presentations, and reimbursing speakers.• Update and maintain the department’s website content including the timely addition or deletion of data, and ensure the content is current, accurate, and properly formatted.

• Provided project support for multiple departments throughout NYU Langone Health, which include: The Hepatology Clinical Research Department, Population Health, Neurology – Dysautonomia Center, Insurance Department, and Division of Comparative Medicine.• Used judgment to provide project/program support while prioritizing own work to a supervisor, department, or organizational unit to prepare, analyze, and deliver project-relevant materials.

• Launched social media and conducted outreach to the community to create awareness of the Campaign. Attend and keep track of the next steps of monthly workgroup meetings.• Conducted outreach to National REACH Coalition members and elected officials.
