Events and initiatives are aimed to reduce stigma and promote abstinence-based approaches to mental health and addiction. As a Training Coordinator at CTOMS, I was responsible for organizing and executing medical training programs for military and law enforcement personnel seeking exclusive live tissue medical training. My role involved: Scheduling & Coordination: I managed training dates, arranged for instructors, and created detailed schedules to ensure seamless training sessions. Logistics Management: I organized all logistics, from setting up training spaces to coordinating tear-down after the sessions. Communication & Collaboration: I worked closely with military and law enforcement representatives to understand their training needs and ensure a smooth training experience. I also collaborated with instructors to align course content with client expectations. Resource Management: I ensured that all necessary training materials and equipment were available and maintained to meet safety and quality standards. Problem-Solving: I was the point of contact for any issues or last-minute changes, ensuring that the training proceeded without disruptions.
