My role involves environmental technology development for waste gas treatment services, where I supported our team to acquire the first global ISO 14034-Environmental technology verification for clean combustion. I manage the corporate strategic projects for emission reduction initiatives and carbon offset project development from scope to implementation and close out, support our team in product development, R&D, data analysis and emissions quantification. Working with the external stakeholders, academic institutions and funding agencies, provides an opportunity for me to support development of advanced technologies to treat methane and reduce emissions in a sustainable manner.I also manage the corporation intellectual property portfolio.

I worked on the various projects including: - Technology verification for methane quantification using FLIR Cameras: The project included statistical data analysis based on the Canadian Technology Verification Protocol and report writing according to the guidelines of ISO 14034 for Environmental Technology Verification. -Reservoir data analysis for field research station (FRS) at Containment and Monitoring Institute. FRS is developed for tracking and monitoring underground fluids, with the purpose of carbon storage. The purpose of data analysis was to evaluate the results of porosity/ permeability acquired by various technologies and identify any abnormality in the logs. - Planning and business development for the environmental mobile laboratory that is able to conduct real-time surveys for fugitive emissions quantification, source identification and water analysis.- Hazzard assessment for FRS and developing/ updating of HSEMS and emergency response plan accordingly.

I processed tenders and prepared contracts for oilfield exploration, development and environmental services with Canadian and International corporations. This involved extensive negotiations with various companies to achieve win-win situations. I presented award recommendations to acquire necessary approvals, performed post award contract activities and supported the internal/ external stakeholders to ensure contract requirements are met.

I was responsible for stakeholder relations of well site service contractors in North Azadegan Oilfield development project. I supported operations in planning to acquire suitable contractors and submitting regulatory documents to the project owner for approval. I designed several tenders which lead to prepare and sign several contracts including but not limited to provision of Drilling rigs, drilling fluids, waste management, casing running and H2S management services.

Prepared marketing plan for JGCC&C (Japanese Catalyst Manufacturing Company), approached potential customers for business developments, lead to several successful sale projects to the refineries.

I coordinated projects of Shell Global Solutions in Iranian refineries (Benchmarking and Operational Improvement) which lead to determine the potential improvement areas and to define a roadmap to cover the identified gaps. The projects covered several aspects including environmental emissions and HSE, process and operations, energy and loss, maintenance and scheduling as well as cost performance.

I was trained to get familiar with refining and distribution processes. ASTM and API standards were introduced and on a job rotation basis, I was responsible to analyze crude and refining products as well as water and wastewater characteristics of various refining streams and lastly, prepare technical reports for the quality control division.
