As the Compensation Services Analyst for the Employers Group Research Services Department, I am responsible for providing hands-on analysis to our compensation, benefit and HR-related survey program. Responsibilities include changes to surveys, data collection, reports, documentation, data archiving, and data integrity. Not only do I support the department’s reporting efforts, but I help ensure the survey program’s data collection process meets certain requirements. In addition to our survey program, my position provides general analytical, technical, and other administrative support to the consulting and development of the department and its services.

Skills include but are not limited to:- Database Management- Regression Analysis- Research Science Methods- Project ManagementSkills utilized to provide online system support to host multiple company compensation surveys with features and services that allow projects to be completed within a certain time period. This includes monitoring participation levels and answering any technical participation system problems companies may experience.Analyze company pay equity to determine if there exists any pay disparities between average female pay and average male pay, along with average minority pay and non-minority pay. Collect and analyze company data to produce surveys designed to help estimate current labor market rates , analyze human resource practices, and evaluate performance appraisals.
