Passion and diligence are two traits that I believe most reflect me as an individual. These impeccable qualities have steered through my successful analyst career. Throughout my tenure as a Business Analyst at Infosys and as a MBA student at Queensland University of technology, I’ve coped successfully multi-facet challenges varying from stringent projects to innovative ideas addressing real-time business problems.Although both experiences are unique, I’ve always relied upon learn-improve strategy in accomplishing rewarding career at each stage. This dedication and attentiveness are essential principles needed to improve not just an individual, but business as a whole. Without enthusiasm, patience and degree of positivity, we cannot bring about the change that a business problem is looked at and a way solution is designed. While analyzing multiple business projects, I observed that majority of organizations fail to recognize a business problem aptly. Unless a problem is defined appropriately at an apposite stage, designing solution will never be an easy task.
