The purpose of this role is to act as a gatekeeper for both the Complaints Team and New Homes Team.Checking the team inboxes assigning complaints and ensuring that complaint responses are sent out within agreed timescalesEnsuring the New Homes Officers are managing defects within their respective areas. Collating, researching and gathering information and helping to produce management reports for internal and external use.
