• Responsible for developing strategic work relationships with donors and creating space for potential donors to work with TRIF, ensuring regular interaction and engagement with the donors building wider space of the TRIF and the TRIF approach. • Responsible for integration of all grants (currently 17 with a total annual budget of more than 70 crore) supported primarily by BMGF, APPI, IKEA Foundation being implemented by TRIF, . • Designing, implementing and monitoring grants management workflow processes and procedures. • Develop and maintain project and finance management system to provide regular feedback and ensuring delivery.• Represent TRIF in relevant multi-stakeholder forums and influence developmental discourse based on the efforts and impacts of TRIF’s work on the ground.
