This program provided operational support and delivery of all the major Landmark courses in 115 locations across 21 countries. This included:• Planning and scheduling Course Supervisors to deliver the courses in each country• Designing and delivering quarterly workshops and monthly and weekly regional training programs. • Building personal development programs for the Course Supervisor body to improve their skills and competencies and coaching and training teams at each level, including course production management and participant interaction skills. • Created and annually updated the Course Supervisor Program Vision and Strategy to ensure it aligned with the overall Vision and Goals of Landmark Worldwide. Achievements:2014 - 2016: Implemented the redesign of the Landmark Forum and Advanced Course with enhancements across the regions and countries around the world. 2020 - 2021: Implemented the online redesign of the Landmark Forum and Advanced Course with enhancements across the regions and countries around the world, partnering with translators. 2011 - 2021: Redesigned the Course Supervisor development syllabus using an expanded four level competencies worksheet to build a robust leadership structure.
