I had done completed my internship at ikya and my project topic is manpower planning. l had done many activities like sourcing, documentation process, co ordinator in interview process, follow up etc. I learned how companies are planned to manpower planning with the help of (IKYA)consultancy. How they handle their clients and candidates who select in interview process. How they create a better relationship with their clients and candidates.
