Responsibilities:Responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, Nykaa Flipkart & Bigbasket and for delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Also in charge of maintaining a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building, account management and lead generation.• Negotiate with channel partners on margin, credit period etc.• Have been a Single Point of Contact for almost all the Major Clients either it be New Product creation/ launch, pricing, inventory production and fulfillment, merchandising, Payment Reconciliation etc. • Deal in more than 500 different products and have to closely monitor performance of each and every products. • Analyzing Ageing of stock at Client level and formulating liquidation Plan with Partners• Create cordial relationship with the Vendors understanding and resolving related issues.• Closely work with Production team to complete client order within the SLA.. • Negotiate with channel partners on margin, credit period etc• Closely planning Marketing activities with Nykaa/ Flipkart as per advance calendar Month.• Responsible to developed online marketing strategy for e-commerce website through various activities• Do Product level E-com Marketing tools such as AMS , Flipkart Ads to maximize sell out.• Prepare and present proposals (brand/SKU level) to maximize sales during big day events and promotion calendar• Generates an annual forecast for all Clients and then updates it monthly. • Responsible to maintain hygienic catalog in Market place platform such as Amazon/ Flipkart/ Nykaa etc.
