• Monitoring & Coordinating the Destination Services unit comprising of Hotel Reps, Guides, Airport Team & Office Team.• Portfolio management including products & activities offered to our guests• Preparation of costing, price lists & factsheets• Ensuring legal compliance of service providers• Monitoring Local Sales & Level of Service in terms of assistance, sales, performances & sales reports• Working with heads of each sub-unit to ensure the highest standard of assistance, products & services to guests and being cost effective and profitable at the same time.• Maintaining excellent communication and work relations with our partners (mainly service providers).

• Portfolio management including products & activities offered to our guests• Preparing the costing and pricing of overall products & services on a yearly basis. • Ensuring legal compliance of service providers• Assisting and coaching of Hotel Reps to ensure a high level of service to our guests, as well as achieve their sales targets.• Preparing & analysing weekly, monthly & yearly sales reports to identify and enhance sales performances of Hotel Reps.

• Inputting of excursions/services bookings on the system (Topax)• Liaising with service providers on a daily basis for reservations, special requirements.• Assisting accounts department with queries/payments of service providers

• Manage the checkout points• Customer Service management• Ensure efficient and effective procurement• Ensure that the HACCP standards are met at all times• Provide training to new recruits

• Management of the different sections of the Estate Department including purchasing & procurement• Organise and coordinate events such as Open Days
