Practicing in Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts and various Tribunals.

The main tasks given to me was drafting, researching and preparing written arguments for various cases. The internship involved daily court visits and drafting of Execution, Appeal, Suit and Applications with specialised research in Manupatra and SSC.

The internship at NALSA provided the exposure and insight to various authorities, acts and sectors. The schemes of NALSA provides for the welfare of not only the needy but the undeserved as well. Visiting of various institutions and department provided us with a broader outlook of achievement of objectives and framing of policies.

Reading of files and making synopsis of the same. Research on certain propositions and providing our point of view on the situation with law points accompanied with cases and laws.

The main tasks given to me were research, drafting, preparing case briefs and daily court visits. The major work and cases were related to service matters and illegal construction.

Reading of files, taking out law points and grounds of arguments on the basis of documents attached. Researching on the same aforesaid grounds taking out recent judgments and enhance the skills of advocacy.

• Read judgements and take out contentions from it.• Due diligence of various companies from MCA site.• Did extensive case law and statutory research on the Indian Arbitration Act, case law research on Companies law 1956 & 2013, Evidence Act, Hindu Succession Act etc.• Interpretation on Section- 433 (e) and 434 of Companies Act.
