I have expertise in suicide-specific assessment, formulation, intervention, and utilizing collective, culturally sensitive based approaches for intervention and treatment.Other key important modalities include Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help work through drivers to Suicide as well as build skills in the reasons for living.As a certified Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) provider, SEP practitioner &EMI, I incorporate somatic practices into client's treatments, offering an efficient and cost-effective way to address stress, tension, and trauma without the need for endless therapy sessions and reducing over reliance to medication and involuntary incarceration.I am passionate about helping people achieve wholeness and healing by connecting the mind and body, I use various modalities, including GSN's Well-being and Resilience (WeBR) framework.
