• Assist students with the financial aid process, including completing the appropriate applications to ensure campus compliance with all Federal Student Aid & Strayer University policies, laws, & procedures.• Review and input student financial aid funding information and authorization forms to ensure all information is complete for billing purposes.• Responsible for campus level continuing student population.• Review sponsored students' accounts for payment status and posts payments as received.• Communicate with both students and sponsors concerning past due invoices.• Assists with business office operations, including student registrations, as needed.
