As a sales team member and as an admission counselor at Digicrome Academy, I develop and implement individual counseling plans for students with academic, social, and emotional concerns. I also handle the admission process, ensuring efficiency and quality of service. I have been working in this role since April 2024, and I enjoy helping students achieve their potential and overcome their challenges.I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from Bundelkhand University, which I completed in Jun 2017. I have also worked as a Student Counselor at UNIFOX Coaching and DIPS Academy, where I gained experience in providing guidance, support, and resources to students preparing for competitive exams. I am skilled in active listening, problem-solving, computer literacy, and phone manners, and I foster a positive, inclusive environment for all students. My goal is to empower individuals in their academic and personal growth journeys.
