Currently pursuing my Master's in Information Technology and Management from the University of Texas at Dallas. I have completed my Bachelor's and Master's in Computer Science from Pune, India. I have worked with Symantec Ltd as a Salesforce Intern and Amdocs as a Technical and Business Operations Analyst.I have had an interesting journey when it comes to my work experience.1. As a Salesforce Intern had the opportunity to learn almost everything in salesforce as it's configuration, security, reports and dashboards, and automations.2. Created and implemented a powerful tool called as the 'Metadata Search tool'.3. As a Technical and Business Operations Analyst started working in operations and learn various tools used for it.4. Worked on multiple AT&T projects and handled many triages.5. Got the opportunity to be a part of migration and switchover of AT&T applications from on prem to Microsoft Azure.6. Automated a lot of manual work and was appreciated for it in the company using Python and shell scripting. I am actively searching for a summer internship in 2024, very keen on learning and applying everything I have studied in IT.
