I am a partner in the Antitrust & Competition Law Practice Group at S. Horowitz & Co. I oversee all litigious activities within the group and provide comprehensive guidance to clients on a wide range of ongoing, non-contentious, and contentious issues.With extensive experience and proven track record in advising and giving invaluable guidance to clients through administrative and criminal investigations conducted by the Israeli Competition Authority in various complex matters such as market investigations, oligopoly cases, and monopolistic practices. Additionally, I have a strong background in challenging decisions and monetary sanctions imposed by the ICA, advocating for clients before the Israeli Competition Tribunal. I also represent clients in civil lawsuits rooted in antitrust grounds.In recent years, Israel has witnessed the emergence of a new wave of class actions, in which the applicants seek damages following a finding (from the US, EU or Israel) of a contravention of competition law, or based on claims of monopoly and excessive pricing matters. I am active in this field since its inception and gained a significant role acting for clients in such class actions. My expertise also extends to the dynamic and evolving field of natural gas in Israel. Over the past years, I have actively engaged with major clients operating in the natural gas sector, providing strategic advice and legal support to navigate contractual negotiations and facilitate dispute resolution related to natural gas.
