Kan is a statutory corporation with around 1000 employees• Manage a budget totaling approximately ₪240 million.• Act as a key partner to the CEO in leading overall organizational management policy – strategy, research, and work plans.• Collaborate daily with regulatory authorities, fostering excellent relations with Ministry of Finance personnel.• Hold overall responsibility for all human resources processes in the organization.• Drive organizational development, leading cross-organizational change processes, changes in policies, and organizational structures.• Provide organizational and personal consulting for senior management, actively managing conflicts, and overseeing measurement processes.• Conduct negotiations and maintain working relations with representative committees, including signing cooperative agreements.• Oversee human resources processes, including recruitment, employment contracts, termination procedures, and payroll.• Balance individual and collective interests, overseeing training processes.
