Amy became ClubSport, now Bay Club, Pleasanton's group fitness director in the fall of 2015, two years after she first joined ClubSport, as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. A long-time lover of sports and fitness, she boasts a 20-year career in art and design, non-profits, and foundations. Amy earned her Associate Arts Degree from Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo and holds personal training and corrective exercise credentials from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), group fitness certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and is a trained nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition.As an elite personal trainer, Amy encourages her clients to achieve their goals of health and wholeness by instilling in them the belief that they are stronger than they think. She relishes helping others experience the sense of accomplishment that fitness brings.In early 2020, the decision to venture out and pursue other career opportunities, led Amy to begin working as a business analyst and implementation manager with the Bay Club. Outside of the club, Amy keeps busy as the mother of three children and thrives on all things outdoors. She is an avid obstacle course racer and impatiently awaits the next adventure life brings her way.
