Key responsibilities:• Research upcoming technologies, products, service protocols, and standards in support of systems, software procurement and development efforts.• Secure systems integrity from breaches or viruses and play an essential role in risk-mitigation planning, including safeguards for data, user security policies and identity management.• Install, upgrade, patch and configure software, servers, hardware and networks.• Maintain systems documentation through internal wiki.• Monitor systems capacities, fine-tune for optimized performance and troubleshoot issues.• Develop and execute backup plan and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery and failover procedures.• Support and monitor vendor contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).• Design and maintain web/mobile infrastructure e.g. corporate website and intranet etc.• Research, recommend, and implement new and innovative technologies that meet company’s needs.• Optimise processes and lead process improvement.• Provide servers, cloud services, inhouse infrastructure, software support and network administration.

Key responsibilities:• Understand high level business requirements and produce technical specifications, designs, documents, interface control documents, and architecture documents.• Participate in the software requirements analysis, technical design, and implementation of applications based on functional specifications.• Install, tune, implement and upgrade database management systems (DBMS).• Responsible for capacity, storage planning and database performance.• Make requested changes, updates and modifications to database structure and data.• Ensure database security, integrity, stability and system availability.• Maintaining database backup and manage disaster recovery aspects of database.• Monitor performance and manage parameters to provide fast responses to users.• Work with internal test teams on system, performance, and acceptance testing.• Maintain data standards, including adherence to the Data Protection Act.• Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security.• Proactively and regularly make recommendations for system improvements

Key responsibilities:• Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.• Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.• Test and evaluate new technologies and products.• Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.• Log calls and analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends.• Resolve technical issues in a timely manner via phone, in person or remotely.• Log bugs and enhancement requests.• Provide individual instruction and training to users on new or updated technologies.
