Department manager, Product Quality Mgt. FoodThe department is a part of Global Quality in Novozymes and reponsible for the global Quality management of the product portfolio in the various food industries, raw materials and customer inquiries as well as the global Food safety management. This incl.responsibility for the internal wwGMP audits at the production sites in China, US and DK as well as supplier audits.

Project management of several larger cross functional projects in Assay Technology and Development as well as method development, validation and implementation in QC laboratories. Examples of larger projects:Heading the project for shifting the ELISA based method portfolio to new technology and reducing the response time from 2 week to 24 hours for environmental filters from production. The project was initiated to strengthen and improve the working environment in production areas. Project manager together with Product Quality Mgt for major analytical method alignment with large detergent customer.PL for ATD-part of large initiative to monitor and proactively secure the performance of QC official methods ww. A large initiative together with QC laboratories ww.Additionally, involved in development, validation and implementation of new analytical methods.
