Product Owner for a Danish team, developing Ex-ante cost under the MiFID II EU regulation.As a Product Owner, my primary responsibility is to ensure greatest possible value for the business, prioritizing all the input coming for Stakeholders around the product and ensuring that the member banks will be compliant within the regulation regarding MiFID II - Investor Protection. This is done in close collaboration with our Stakeholder group, consisting representatives from our member Banks.Parallel with that it is my responsibility to ensure full openness and transparency in relation to our steering committee.

Scrum Master for a Danish team, developing Investment profile as well as Statement of Suitability under the MiFID II EU regulation.Late 2015 Bankdata started out a huge change process aiming to become a modern financial IT company by transforming the company (approx. 700 employees) from using traditional waterfall development processes into using more modern agile development processes.My responsibility as Scrum Master was to support the team in the adoption of the agile mindset and ensuring that the agile principles and values was adopted. At the same time I was focusing on ensuring that the cooperation with our Product Owner and our Stakeholders was based on openness, transparency and trust.

Development and implementation of "Nuanceret handelsadgange" - an Investment Module, which is currently used in the suitability test of all investment customers at all the Banks using the systems from Bankdata (11 middle sized to small banks in DK).The team was a mixed onside / offshore team with 6 Danish and 3 Indian employees.The project used a traditional waterfall model, and was conducted in close collaboration with representatives from Jyske Bank as well as from Sydbank.I took over the project responsibility by the end of the project and closed the project down after ensuring the implementation. My responsibility was ordinary project management (budget responsibility, resource allocation and delivering the project) plus stakeholder management.

The development of a new health insurance system for the 5 Danish Regions.I had the overall responsibility for 5 out of 6 business tracks and internal I was working closely together with the Product Owner at each track. Externally I was working closely together with the customer Project Manager and I participated in a number of customer requirement meetings as a facilitator.The development was based on the Scrum development process and based on Microsoft's state of the art technology.The entire development took place through our offshore team in India and I was at the management level involved in sending and receiving the various software packages that came from India.

Clinical Suite - a project focusing on developing a new Patient Administrative Module for CSC's Electronic Patient Record. The development was based on the Scrum development model and was developed at a Java platform.My project management responsibility covered 2 onside teams as well as 1 offshore team in India. In additional to the project management responsibility I also had the Line Management responsibility for the 2 Danish teams which included amongst other:• 1-2-1 meetings• Creating individual development plans• Ensuring individual motivation• Setting up KPI• Yearly appraisalLast but not least I played the role as Product Owner and I was working closely together with clinician to ensure that roadmaps was converted into useful and specific releases that was delivered on time and within budget with the expected quality.

Modernization KMD / Scandihealth's Notus Suite Solution (Health Insurance System used by the Counties in Denmark).I was responsible for the development and implementation, and the project was primarily focusing on modernize the user interfaces into a modern graphical interfaces (.NET). At the same time, the backend application architecture (mainframe) was renovated, so it became more object oriented.
