In this role, I provide professional support to the EVP and his management group: • Daily screening of emails• Coordination and quality assurance of presentation materials, memos etc.• Drafting of proposals for presentations• Extensive calendar management, including coordination of annual wheel• Responsible for the organisation of meetings in Denmark and abroad – regular management group meetings, other internal meetings, customer meetings etc. including booking of venue, catering, invitation, preparation of agenda, layout of PowerPoint presentations and taking minutes• Responsible for A-Z planning, organisation and coordination of major events/conferences, receptions and other events in Denmark and abroad• Comprehensive travel arrangements and settling of travel expenses• Coordination of HRM processes in the Division. Responsible for - collecting and verifying data for the employee satisfaction survey - co-ordinating the annual salary review, - managing the performance incentive programme, including drafting and calculation of bonus agreements• Responsible for onboarding programmes for new managers and employees• Correspondence• Invoice processing• Gatekeeper for EVP and go-to person for offices abroad and corporate functions• Proofreading and quality check of texts• Attending to all types of ad hoc requests, e.g. visa applications
