Welcome to my profile! My name is Gitte, I've been living in France for 25 years (with one leg in Denmark - my mother insists and so do I). I worked for 20+ years in legendary luxurious hotels (I loved it!) in Commercial and Operational Management functions… until the day I decided to leave everything and go… home, to think about my next life.After leaving a comfortable job with health insurance and retirement plan, I became Entrepreneur and Boss of myself.I trained with the bests, I procrastinated, I stressed, I dared, I hesitated, I questioned myself...to finally arrive at my Fundamentals:I ACCOMPANY PEOPLE AND COMPANIES TOWARDS THEIR BESTI believe in- Humanity and- Authenticity as Essential Values, and- Kindness to oneself and to others.- I’m quite demanding with myself and others and a form of- "Scandinavian Straight Talk" characterizes meI still remember the day when, as a young director, my team told me that I was sometimes too direct, even aggressive! I took some monumental slaps that day!
