My career was launched with the founding of Exsis, Denmark’s pioneering outsourcing company for corporate administration services, which I successfully sold to KPMG, leading to the creation of KPMG NetSource (now EY NetSource). I played a key role in developing PwC’s CAS department, contributed to the startup of 7-Eleven in Denmark, and have orchestrated successful M&A activities, IPOs, funding rounds, and investor relations.My journey has been marked by a commitment to excellence, whether leading startups or guiding business consolidations.
