I'm fully accountable for the management and delivery of digital/tech contract recruitment for a large IT Outsourcing & Consultancy organisation. The role includes senior stakeholder engagement, ownership of service reviews, tracking of sourcing performance against contractual SLAs, creation of MI used for reporting and on-going performance improvement, 3rd party supplier management, advising on innovative sourcing strategies, managing high volume transition projects and driving exceptional results and a high level of service to the customer.

As team leader I was responsible for the end to end contract recruitment life-cycle to large varying clients, from Oil & Gas to Telecommunications. Within this role I managed and coached 4 Recruitment Consultants and successfully delivered against a large financial target. I held the delivery ownership and client contact for 3 separate corporate clients.

Successfully delivered against IT contract requirements for multiple large corporate clients. Working to a high KPI target month on month, and continuously delivering quality candidates to my stakeholders.Working directly with the client to provide the highest level of talent and ensuring their resourcing plans/targets are successfully met.
