10+ years as service designer and innovation strategist with real obsession for behavioural changes and cultural differences – I strive to bring clarity on cultural and social matters, and identify the driving forces behind human behaviours and interactions. My aim is to arrive at smooth translation of new product and service offerings, while ensuring solutions tailored for clients' particular business and organisational challenges.In the last three years I've decided to enrich my professional skills by flipping side, from being a consultant to work within product companies, from a big corporate such as Zurich to small tech startup such as my current experience at Dritto. I have decided to undertake this path to delve deeper into product matters and follow projects more closely from start to finish, with particular attention to the development handoff. Thanks to a multidisciplinary background and interest in challenging myself out of the comfort zone – I'm a blend of expertises I mix and match to create systems of products, services, spaces and experiences, combined in an integrated way to offer comprehensive, ethical solutions for complex demand.I hold a BSc degree in Product Design and a MSc in Product Service System Design, both achieved at Politecnico di Milano. During the Chinese experience I've been working at Continuum, where I've been practicing ethnographic research across all the major consumer demographics in Shanghai and Greater China – collecting insights with acute perception and strong emphatic skills.
