Communications and Marketing Specialist for Cardiac Surgery Western Europe. In my current role I am in charge of creating, planning, delivering communication campaigns through a wide set of internal and external channels and tools. Internally my role is pivotal to maintain all the Western Europe team aware of what is happening within and outside of Cardiac Surgery: initiatives, events, congresses, trainings, challenges, resources. Externally I am fully supporting the Product Specialists and the Training Specialists in delivering powerful and effective communication and marketing campaigns to promote our portfolio of products, services, educational events and courses to physicians. On top of the curent role I am also continuing support the Minerva Women's Network of the Italian community creating and delivering all the communications concerning events, training opportunities and events for our people, as well as co-hosting the local bookclub to leverage the literature to deepen the knowledge of the barriers that still exists in society. I have also started contribuiting as Communication and Marketing specialist for the ID&E group of the Global Finance team supporting in the creation of the internal SharePoint site and the promotional plan for their initiatives in this field.

As a digital content strategist my goal is to ideate, create and analyze content both for external and internal communication related to the activities of the European Cardiac Surgery business unit. Thanks to this role I have the chance to work with a global team of professionals within the medical sector and with different level of expertise in the heart surgical therapies field. Summarizing, among the others my tasks include activities as: - Creation and publication of webpages for the different trainings and events offered to medical professionals, as well as informational webpages and specific landing pages;- Management of content from speakers and the virtual platforms used to deliver virtual trainings;- Analysis of events and trainings results, including the creation of specific reports for the different BUs concerned;- Creation of content for the promotional campaigns of the events and trainings and other iniatives (e.g. SEA campaign, LinkedIn, Email marketing, etc.);- Creation and sending of different newsletter for different projects within the business unit;- Ideation and creation of webpages for internal trainings (through Sharepoint);- Management of internal communication (articles, videos, attendance reports, graphics, etc.);- Creation of storyboards for animation related to our business unit;- Ideation of creative videos for internal projects;- Development of the new positioning of the BU; - Content creation for products campaigns; - Support in the creation and ideation of marketing material and campaigns. Thanks to the great cooperation among different teams I am also able to support other business units of the Cardiac Vascular Group at the EMEA level creating for them resources and assets, proof-reading, following-up projects and more.

Tutoring of foreign languages, namely Spanish and English, to people of every age following a specific program according to their purpose (hobby, school, work, etc.). This role helped me to improve my teaching skills and management of stress, other than improving my planning skills (organizing lessons, home works, etc.).Translation of documents of different type in both languages from Italian and viceversa.

As Content Strategist I have been in charge of the ideation and execution of content throughout our many communication channels, including website, blog, social media, email and printed material.
