Combines strong communication and team working skills with good attention to detail and optimism. During the last few years together with my husband we decided to pursue some international opportunities, this proved to be an incredibly valuable experience as it allowed me to continue to grow professionally as well as creating what felt like the right context for us to grow our family. Now back in London my ambition is to continue working within a senior leadership team in a company with a friendly and professional culture to whom I can bring my passion and commitment and which in return offers me a good life/work balance in order to allow me to continue providing good care for my two young daughters.

I saw the opportunity for the creation of this role and approached my manager and eventually our Managing Director who appointed me as his EA, amongst my achievements and regular duties:- I worked closely with our MD and FD and occasionally supported our other directors, I was responsible for all travel arrangements for them and any other members of staff and was often involved in the planning of office events.- I was strongly involved in all office management issues from budgeting and ordering groceries and stationery to setting up new starters with the equipment they required and liaising with the property and IT departments as well as dealing with and sourcing external suppliers. - In Feb 2012 my request to hire a Receptionist was approved and I was made her direct line manager a responsibility which has given me great satisfactions.- During my time as EA I was also been made solely responsible for accounts payable, I’ve now processed several payments of over 1m pounds in value including over 200 staff expenses as well as processing all company credit card payments. - Back in 2011 I acted as one of the main points of contact in the organization of the reed.co.uk office move from Alfred Place to Dragon Court. This involved carefully planning the weeks ahead of the move to ensure the new office was ready to welcome over 70 members of staff as well as providing support to people during and in the weeks following the relocation.- As part of my role I was often involved in ad hoc projects, one of these was the development of a new website in collaboration with an American company, focusing on research, results analysis and preparation of content.- I was responsible for the production of financial and business reports and have been closely involved in the creation of the reed.co.uk job index.
