In the last internship experience in a Digital Marketing Agency I assisted the project managers in the creation and execution of the marketing strategies for several and disperate type of clients ranging from fashion and beauty e-commerce and It services companies. Search engine optimisation - I helped the web development team optimise web pages for search engines by conducting keyword research for each type of client's product and creating unique and compelling product descriptions that included the targeted keywords and related product benefits. I implemented link building strategies from relevant and authoritative websites to make client websites more reliable and relevant.Search engine marketing - Under the project manager directives I created landing pages for the products being advertised compelled of clear and attractive headlines, copy and calls to actions to match consumer’s intents and expectations. Search engine advertising - I assisted the first project manager in creating and managing paid search campaigns, specifically using Google Ads and Facebook Ads. I had to consider what the best ad format such as, text, shopping, video ads to use depending on goals and budget of the advertising campaign. I monitored and optimised campaign performance by tracking the key metrics e.g. impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per click and return on ad spend by using Google Analytics.Websites and e-commerce: I collected, analysed and reported date related client’s e-commerce operations such as, sale, traffic, conversion, inventory and consumer’s pattern behaviour using Google Analytics. I also provided timely and professional support to customers via email and phone. I maintained website content by writing content for the e-commerce blog, creating graphic banners and updating product informations such as material, price and availability.To conclude this memorable experience, I decided to choose one of the agency's success stories, concerning an emerging Italian independent beauty brand from the pharmaceutical sector, 'Pavaglione Cosmetics', as the main topic of my Bechelor thesis.
