•Management, drafting and reviewing of Standard Operating Procedures and Training Materials (Courses, Staff Qualification Protocols) ensuring Compliance to the CGMP, FDA Regulation and Corporate Directives•Managing the educational process of the Manufacturing Division•Implementing a Knowledge Management process through the analysis of information/events for which it is necessary a multi-level knowledge; developing the most appropriate methodology for the resulting training and supporting sustainability over time in the training process• Train operating personnel• Represent the point of contact between the implementation of procedures, the organization of training and the operational practices in order to identify areas of improvement and innovations• Investigating and managing follow-up on Change Controls/Events with impact on SOPs and training materials

• Drawing up, reviewing and implementation of SOPs • Management of internal Audit to verify compliance with SOPs and ISO Regulation• Qualification of suppliers and conduction of external Audit to manufacturing sites and warehouses• Provide to define and coordinate non-conformity and corrective/preventive actions• Support of training activities in line with company Quality System • Implementation of continual improvement

• Management of non-conformity detected in the distribution chain (interface with about 50 customers/day included medical specialists, laboratory technicians, quality assurance personnel) • Management of monthly backorders on diagnostic reagents •Creating new coding articles intended for clinical and microbiological analysis • Entering customer’s orders• Update and control inventory during order picking• Correspondence and contact with customers and Sales Force

• Coordinate the certification of Training Customer Center in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008• Preparation and registration of documentation in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008• Write procedures for the extension of Training Customer Center in the scope of ISO 9001 certification. • Development of training materials (presentations, clinical cases, material to be released during technical courses) and documents related to qualified trainers (CV, job profile, skills matrices)• Supervision of the launch and implementation of e-marketing activities (Clinical and Industry) through the web site, e-mailing, News Letters and through collaboration with Sales Force• Creating Customer Surveys to verify the satisfaction of the customers and develop areas of improvement
