As an AlmaCube consultant in the Design Thinking area of Barilla Group, I worked on an internal innovation project intended for the Global RDQ group. The goal was to design the user experience of a digital platform and its touchpoints to make the employee experience meaningful and engaging to facilitate innovation. Using service design methods and conducting qualitative analysis and interviews with employees I analyzed employees needs and I translated them in design principles and features for development.

Being part of the Design Thinking team of the Global RDQ unit in Barilla, I took part in a global qualitative research in food world.Working with an international team, I used service and product design methods to define user needs through interviews and qualitative research. The research enabled the design of innovative and strategically interesting concepts, visions and prototypes tested with users.Working in the area of Design Thinking, I was involved in design and facilitation in workshops and co-design activities.
